Potluck Ponderings

It's official!  Joe's ordination trials were passed yesterday and his call to Covenant Presbyterian Church has been approved by the Central Carolina Presbytery.    Ordination Service has been planned by the session for this coming Sunday night June 2 at 6pm at Covenant Presbyterian Church 217 Midway Rd  Rockingham, NC 28379 (910) 817-9556 Refreshments will follow in the church fellowship hall We are excited to begin serving at Covenant and appreciate all prayers as we continue to see the Lord at work!

Joe's graduation from Reformed Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity is May 25th!!! We are very excited and would feel priviledged if you could join us...   for a Graduation Celebration party that evening, May 25th at 6pm at Thagard Park located at 12 South Lakeshore Drive in Whispering Pines     Life is soon to change for us as Joe has accepted a call to pastor Covenant Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Rockingham, NC! We hope to get our house up for sale in the next few weeks and move to Rockingham and start getting involved in the community there this summer!!! It is with bittersweetness that we say goodbye to our time here in Moore county but look forward with anticipation to all the Lord has in store for us.   (and those of you who know me well, know that as usual, I have ran out of time to get ALL the invitations in the mail...
